I started using it about 6 months ago...I felt I could lift/press more at the gym. My next body scan for fat/muscle will tell the real story. I have been unable to lose fat, and gain much muscle in over 2 years of HIIT and weights so I am hoping it does help with the muscle.

Why did I gain 10 pounds after taking creatine?
Gaining 10 pounds (4.5 kg) after starting creatine is primarily due to rapid intracellular water retention (water being pulled into your muscle cells), rather than fat gain. This is a normal, temporary response where muscles become hyper-hydrated to aid performance and increase muscle volume.
Not real muscle building only a temporary deal
