Rosie O’Donnell has found a fresh start, and a healthier future, by leaving America.
The A League of Their Own star, who fled to Ireland when longtime rival Donald Trump returned to office in 2025, took to Instagram on Tuesday, April 28 to post an image of a Women.com article which noted that her “Mounjaro face transformation is undeniable.”
“I have diabetes 2. I have lost 56 lbs. in just over 3 years — I’m thankful for my improved health,” O’Donnell, 64, captioned the post.
While the prescription drug is designed to regulate blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes, many users experience moderate weight loss as a side effect.(snip)
O’Donnell also said she was enjoying the milestones around her weight loss, including shopping for new clothes after dropping from a size 2XL to a large.

She "found...a healthier future, by leaving America."??
As if she couldn't acquire whatever medication she wanted in America?
Whatever. Still ugly, no matter what the weight.
Probably because the Irish can not cook.
We feel a lot lighter since she moved away, too. How about that?
Well, they can make a mean corned beef brisket, and Shepherd’s pie, too! Don’t throw the baby out with the bath water.
That’s no moon.
LMAO, her attitude exactly reflected in that cartoon.
She really is an ugly old dawg.
And no sense of fashion style.
If I lost 50+ pounds, that would not be healthy.
Her fat brain shrunk?
I am still resentful. JB Pritzker, Katie Porter and Rosie O’Donnell have injected themselves with hypos and made progress in losing fat.
Where are the dangerous side effects for the drugs? Is Satan watching over them as usual?
RE: serious gastrointestinal issues (pancreatitis, bowel obstruction, gallbladder disease), thyroid C-cell tumors, severe hypoglycemia, kidney failure.... Common but severe, these drugs can cause intense nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and hair loss.
They look cheery and arrogant to me.
‘Is Satan watching over them as usual?’
Yes.
Thought so.
well, I disagree with everything about Ms. O’Donnel, but is she finds herself in better health, then that is a good thing.
I too, need weight loss. Broken ankles in the military in the late 70s early 80s, changed my gait and led to decades of chronic low back pain. Exercise became problematic, as well as my love of noodles. Now as a diabetic, I try and eat healthier with lots of thai inspired stir fry and use hulled barley as a starch substitute—Low Glycemic and tasty. I am a big guy with a big appetite you know...
Luckily the VA helps with the Move Program and hopefully I will be able to get the shot—anything to help. I have lost weight in the past, but never could keep it gone. The desire is to loose so much over time that it just can’t come all back.
The other goal is to get a rating for DIC for my spouse so my disability payments will go to her upon my passing. Touchy subject at home as she doesn’t want me to leave...Hi Hi...
When I hear Mounjaro I think of Mount Kilimanjaro. Is it a coincidence?
So she’s a slimmer, fat ugly cow.
When I hear Mounjaro I think of Mount Kilimanjaro.
And yet she is still full of “…”.
She really knows how to turn that smile upside down.
Not Irish Irish.
I love the food in Ireland. If you eat out you can usually see the farm from the restaurant.
And even their McDonald’s was awesome. And bangers and mash.. omg
