I am not a genre snob and I try hard not to dump on other people’s viewing preferences. But I feel the same way about biopics that I do about flying spandex movies. If they bring people into the theaters and help keep theatrical exhibition alive, great. That’s how to ensure screens are available down the other corridor for my kind of movies. But I have zero interest in biopics, especially of pop culture people.
