Fox News has reported a power struggle has broken out within Iranian leadership and a potential coup could be taking place against the new supreme leader.
"Tonight there could be a coup, no-one knows who's calling the shots," Fox News' political commentator and host Jesse Watters said.
Watters said that the US delegation, comprising of Vice President JD Vance, Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff and Special Envoy for Peace Jared Kushner, were supposed to leave for Islamabad, Pakistan for negotiations with Iran.
Watters claimed the Iranian delegation never left Iran. He went on to say that Trump confimed Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei authorised the deal.

I also believe President Trump is biding his time until Israel finishes with business in Lebanon.
As a big wrestling fan, President Trump always enjoys a "tag team" match.
Manufacturing such events is consistent with pretty much this entire story for months. There is a seeming desperation for somehow to get regime change and have a country that is 95% Shiite reject its religious leadership.
If it does not happen, the obvious maneuver is to pretend that it did.
Who the hell are all these Einsteins? Since the US and Israeli forces chopped this effing snake into pieces, no one has been in charge completely. I think Trump knows this. He says the straight is open someone else says it’s closed. Getting the rest of these IRGC asswipe’s killed off will be a problem without the Iranians taking a direct hand. If the regime actually killed 30 or 40,000 protesters. Those poor folks may be a little depleted. Blowing up power plants and bridges may slow down the IRGC but it’s hard on the civilians. The situation sucks. Killing them all and letting GOD sort it out is a pretty extreme way to go. I hope we find another way.
Seems rather than bridges and power plants, Trump might want to go to the heart of the problem and focus all his bombing firepower on the IRGC and their military hardware the next time he goes hot.
I’m sure he’d like to do that too. Text him their location. Problem solved.
We should be parachuting small arms and ammunition to the citizens of Iran.
Fox News has jumped the shark.
How do you take a legless vegetable hostage?

Nominally shiite. Many are agnostic, but play along out of a sense of self preservation.

I think we tried shipping small arms via the Kurds but the Kurds just kept them. Time to find more honest wholesalers.

Shoot, they’re the easiest ones! Just plop ‘em on a gurney and roll ‘em away.
😅😅👍
Well played.😀

All things considered…. I think you have to turn the power off in those cities and towns along the strait….l and probably Tehran before this is over.
...The situation sucks....
Agreed. The terrorist nutters were disrupting the neighbourhood and adding a fear premium to global oil prices.
..Killing them all and letting GOD sort it out is a pretty extreme way to go.
But that’s what the extreme shite twelvers want.
China needs the oil. It’s their problem
England has north sea oil.
Germany, Poland, France have plenty of shale natural gas and coal. Will they shiver on cold winter nights because of the autistic chick?
Fox News is just another propaganda channel like CNN. I’d take anything coming from them with a big grain of salt.
Artesh is the other way. That’s the regular army. They are the only other armed force (besides the Immortal Guard, which is an elite group that was exiled but has come back into the country with arms and is training the iranian people. But the best way for this to finally be finished is if Artesh understands that the IRGC is holding the whole country hostage and does their duty to kill the IRGC.
The blockade is so financially crippling that the regime cannot pay its people. Hopefully even if Artesh doesn’t care about the whole country they at least care about their own pocketbooks, because in about a week Iran will be out of storage for their oil so they’ll have to start shutting down oil wells which will destroy them. If/when that happens Iran’s economic future will be destroyed, and the Artesh men (and actually IRGC men too) have to know that their families will be destitute.
