The Iranian regime is once again proving why it cannot be trusted.
Despite a delicate ceasefire agreement, Iran is already backsliding, attempting to choke off the world’s oil supply and reportedly shaking down tankers for “tolls” in the Strait of Hormuz.
The Gateway Pundit reported on Wednesday that Fars News Agency, the official propaganda arm directly linked to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), reported that tanker traffic is now “suspended” after Israel continued hammering Hezbollah.
PBS journalist Elizabeth Landers confirmed that President Trump told her directly: Israel’s war against Hezbollah in Lebanon is NOT part of the ceasefire deal.

They Lie.
Iran should have been required to post a bond with say China, Japan or Switzerland of say $1 billion to insure against tanker loss.
Instead of having to buy expensive insurance, the tanker owners would have the protection of the bond.
Iran might be asked to post the bond. Failure to do so by Tuesday at noon EST might mean the loss of US restraint.
Two points:
1. Muslims lie.
2. Is there a central authority remaining in Iran that can control all their various military units?
There is no ‘negotiating’ with muslims, at least in the sense that we westerners consider the term. Their entire world view is different, and agreements mean nothing to them. It’s a harsh reality, but we’ve seen it for hundreds of years.
#1 is the main point that cannot be overlooked.

The author says "backsliding". I call it testing.
Iran is FA and has not yet FO.
I believe our negotiations have made that division visible, and if it can be used to promote and support an active insurrection for the people of Iran to rally around, we might just see a successful conclusion to this war. A worse scenario though, is a drawn-out civil war in Iran where the IRGC ultimately gains dominance. In the meantime it is up to us (and Israel) to maintain destructive pressure on the militants.
The Iran regime acts like spoiled brats. If they cannot build their dominant empire, they will blow everything up. Can’t have nukes; they would blackmail the world.

After more than a month of getting splattered all over their own country, they already did FO, they just haven't learned the lesson.

If the USA doesn't have the deal that our President finds acceptable, there will be no more talks, he will bomb them into "unconditional surrender".
