I hope this proceeds to trial, but I am not holding my breath.

I hope it expands to include the entire original 16-year seditious conspiracy: (8 years of an ineligible Obama followed by 8 years of Hillary to bring the US to the point where China could finish us off) PLUS all the corruption & warfare that happened when they couldn’t get Hillary in and so put in Biden instead using the usual communist-Islamist election theft mechanisms that also required the Chinese bioweapon to be released in order to drum up 10 million extra “votes” through mail-in ballots.

I’m also hoping that this whole thing yields a huge net of traitors who have been working on destroying this country, and that it ends up with televised trials from Gitmo, followed by a short rope and a sudden stop.

All of us on this forum should keep this passage from the article in mind:

"...Here’s the part that matters for every working American. They’re not tired of TV dramas—they don’t know that real cases don’t wrap in 42 minutes of fiction. That Hollywood illusion creates the false expectation that justice should move at TV speed. It doesn’t. Real justice takes time, evidence, and persistence—and it’s finally moving in SDFL. That’s where the serious federal hammer is swinging right now: raids, subpoenas, grand juries, and career prosecutors building cases that stick. Trump and his team aren’t playing for headlines or TV ratings. They’re building the real thing. Indictments are coming for the RICO players. Justice will be served...."

Three things to remember:

First, there is an enormous amount of money at play, grift on the order of tens or even hundreds of billions of dollars, not millions, billions. That means there are serious incentives to criminality that we won't stop with a few successful prosecutions. If by chance people like Comey and Brennan are indeed convicted, no matter what happens to them (a slap on the wrist or a prison sentence) it will not deter more criminality. This is going to be a decades long battle to turn this all around, and it may never get turned around.

Second, they bank on the short attention span of the taxpayers, the cooperation and actual collaboration of a willing Media in their efforts, and the unwillingness of politicians running on a two or four year election cycle to take a stand. The attention span of Americans is an informal, yet very powerful ally for them. They depend on it. And the more crises they manufacture, the shorter that attention span is. The Media helps them manufacture and shape the crises, and politicians avoid taking a stand lest they get open a vector of assault on their biannual campaigns.

Third, 40% of federal politicians in all parties at all levels are lawyers, and on the Democrat side, these weren't individual people just breaking the law and embezzling money or some other white collar crime variant. These were criminal efforts that took place in long and serious board room style meetings by people who were collaborating to break the law, with an eye on concealing it and covering it up.

The best example of how high up and high-powered this criminality is the meeting that took place at the White House on January 5, 2017 (for the purpose of figuring out what to do about Michael Flynn) that was attended by Obama, Biden, Yates, Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Rice, and members of the National Security Council such as the fake "whistleblower" Ciaramella. That meeting wasn't two or three people huddling together to figure out how to skim Medicare funds. That was a boardroom-style meeting, run by lawyers (and not just "any" lawyers, the lawyers actually running the enforcement process and who knew in detail how it functioned) to plan in depth a process that would be difficult to uncover and prosecute.

People who how to use the cloak of government both as tools for personal enrichment and as a bulwark of concealment and defense. These are not people who can simply have a subpoena served, be prosecuted, and then jailed. Like the Japanese forces defending Iwo Jima, they have burrowed in and deliberately built constitutionally protected defenses that take time, money, and people to assault and breach.

They have even gone so far as to limit, with purpose, thoughtfulness, and foresight, the people who can be used to mount offensives against these constitutionally constructed defenses by persecuting anyone who worked with Trump or any other number of patriots who might want to assault those defenses. And part of this Imperial Japanese Army defense in depth is to slant the judiciary by stacking the deck and getting away with judge shopping.

And none of this is an accident.

In defending Iwo Jima, the Japanese had to make the battle for the island costly for the American forces in terms of men, munitions, and supplies.

In defending their criminality and weaponization of government, the Democrats have to make the battle costly in terms of people attacking them, and they do that ultimately to make a casualty of time, because time has been their best defense.

All of these factors have time ticking on them. Money is less of a contributing factor for the teams attacking Democrat criminality, and manpower is a definite vector of weakness because people have lives to live, and people change which weakens efforts to attack Democrat criminality, but most of all, the biggest enemy of justice here is time.

The criminals in this case know that time is their biggest ally.

Almost all of their criminality has a clock attached to it that begins ticking, and at some point, the alarm goes off resulting in a failed opportunity to obtain a conviction. THEY KNOW THIS. And they also know that every two years, the balance can change, their allies in criminality can gain the majority, and impede or shut down any investigations that are closing on on the criminals, which will take two or three more years off the clock.

All of this is completely intentional, a layered, in depth and thoughtful defense of their criminal behavior.

But the fact that this assault on their criminality is now being done under the framework of a conspiracy to commit these crimes has had the effect of throwing off their clocks of defense. It has changed the calculus, and there is time available to the prosecutors that the perpetrators of the crimes didn't take into account.

And we can hope that will be their downfall in this case, something the smartest people in the room (as the Democrats see themselves) didn't see coming.
