I use my gran’s pound cake recipe and add lemon zest and a bit of juice.
So good.
It’s literally a pound of butter, a pound of powdered sugar and I think a cup of sifted cake flour (Swan’s Down), IIRC.

I don’t like rap, have lots of issues with American black culture, generally back the blue, am on a first name basis with my county sheriff.
