Former reality TV star Joseph Duggar is facing a child molestation charge in Florida, almost five years after his brother Josh, who also starred in the TLC show "19 Kids and Counting," was convicted of downloading child sexual abuse images.
Joseph Duggar, 31, was arrested in Arkansas, where he lives, and was awaiting extradition to Florida on Thursday. Duggar is charged with lewd and lascivious behavior on a child under 12 years old, according to an arrest affidavit from the Bay County Sheriff's Office in Panama City, Florida.
Police officers in Tontitown, Arkansas, on Wednesday contacted deputies in Bay County, saying they had interviewed a 14-year-old girl who told them that Duggar had molested her several times during a family trip to Panama City Beach when she was age 9, according to the affidavit.

That whole family bumped uglys with each other sick bunch
I stopped watching tv before this show became a thing. I only know of them from a few FR posts and the occasional tabloid cover as I go through checkout.
I knew this was coming just did not know when. I knew Josh was not the only sick one.
I believe Florida recently passed a law for the death penalty for (Pedo) child sexual crimes...
Everyone probably knew. Tonitown is a very small city near Fayetteville.
15 years ago I was visiting on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, and the Duggars were shooting an episode on the American side, to the excitement of practically everyone except me.
God did not design children to be perpetual celebrities, or worse, the children of perpetual celebrities; they rarely end up well.
I don’t know anything about this family, except feminist blogs hated them.
I remember watching this show a couple times. Always found it to be incredibly weird and unsettling for some reason.
Awful. What a horror show.
Two aggravating factors required.

I think they did but he will be tried under the 2020 laws since it happened back then.
Which one was molesting a family member?
I so remember how Mike Huckabee glazed that family.....great judge of character
