That yes, but the pathology goes deeper: these people have been handed over to a reprobate mind.
“Reprobation” is spiritual psychopathy/sociopathy and the clinical description is found in Rom. 1:18-32 and II Tim. 3:1-5; the Holy Spirit through the apostle Paul had these people figured out a long time ago.
