Why such watered down, limp wristed sentencing?
It’s almost like the judge had to fight the urge to issue everybody a big fat check due to their ‘expectation of emotional traumas’ and reduced employment opportunities.
This IS a real crime!
I’ve been a victim of copper theft. Substantial damages by the thief for a relatively small value of copper stolen. My damages were 15 times higher than the scrap value of the copper stolen. The thieves are not careful, they just want to get the easiest material they can steal as quickly as possible.
Strange that none of the stories mention the judge by name .
The judge should be run out of town.
They are not the right color/race to get a serious sentence.
