I sort of feel the same vibe with college sports now that they can all pack up any old time they want, go to where there’s more money. It’s not really about loyalty or traditions. It’s all money, just like the pros, and I don’t like it.
We watched the game, but I worked a few crossword puzzles while doing so. It was THE most BORING Superbowl I’ve ever watched! Neither of us watched half-time - Beau went to do barn chores and I tuned in to the TPUSA show - which was AWESOME!
That said, I like football, but am SO looking forward to our Boys & Girls State Championship Basketball games next month. Can’t wait. No PC BS in those games, all Team Spirit all the time! On, Wisconsin!
