I actually met a Japanese ‘translator’ for Japanese games to English.. He is also a ‘local’ musician (Osaka/Kyoto area)..
Lived with him and other musicians for about 3 years. He was always asking me for the correct grammar...
He was always so close to correct, but always a bit wrong.
(I am still getting spam about correcting the translations, but so tired of it, and not getting paid for it, I started filtering it from my inbox).
