Supposedly Wexner sold the six story townhouse on the upper east side for $1 becaue he really appreciated Epstein’s financial expertise. It was worth $25-35 Million. Was eventually valued at $65 Million. Sold at a big discount after Epstein’s death for $29 million to the CEO of Goldman Sachs. It was the largest residence in Manhattan at one time.
