Wrong way to look at this.
We think they are the “worst of the worst” because we “know” what they did-—except when you get into emails, phones, other witnesses you find that they were murky enough with their comments that it’s impossible to get a conviction, especially in blue areas. The law is always what you can prove, not what you know, and I don’t think DOJ in most of these cases has nearly enough proof to even get an indictment.
The FBI/DOJ arrested and successfully prosecuted countless people for J6 who did nothing. Maybe the people are asking why can that happen but criminal conduct by democrats goes unanswered with lame excuses.
