Sarah Mullally Confirmed as New Archbishop of Canterbury – First Woman to Lead Woke Church of England Gets Heckled During Confirmation Ceremony (VIDEOS)

As Britain national identity has been eroded under leftist Labour party rule, other institutions like the ultra-woke Church of England (CoE) are helping speed up the collapse process.

Today (28), Sarah Mullally was confirmed as the new archbishop of Canterbury, becoming the first woman to spiritually lead the CoE.

In the video below, as the female speaker says ‘no person has appeared in opposition to the confirmation’, a furious male voice shouts ‘I did!’, and goes on a rant until security removes the person.

The images show that not even half the seats in the Cathedral are taken in this supposedly important moment – showing us just how decadent the CoE has become.

I care deeply that this woke world and satan are trying to hijack every vestige of what is normal and right. I’m beyond sick of it and then you have enablers, like perhaps you telling people to mind their business. I say the heck with those.

--- "Old Lady cos-playing as clergy. Yawn."

There's a lot of that going around. Recall the blather by a bishop-ette which President Trump endured at the National Cathedral?

For all who wish to argue with Christian sources, there's 1 Timothy 2 hanging around the subject:

"Likewise the women are to dress in suitable apparel, with modesty and self-control. Their adornment must not be with braided hair and gold or pearls or expensive clothing, but with good deeds, as is proper for women who profess reverence for God. A woman must learn quietly with all submissiveness. But I do not allow a woman to teach or exercise authority over a man. She must remain quiet. For Adam was formed first and then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman, because she was fully deceived, fell into transgression. But she will be delivered through childbearing, if she continues in faith and love and holiness with self-control."

'cause playing with cos-play can be such fun.

My comment was directed toward one who very clearly doesn’t like seeing his own religion criticized.

Hypocrisy is as destructive as many other influences are.

It will be a mosque within the next 50 years.

The only person capable of saving the UK is Amelia. I’d love to see an AI Amelia kicking the shi...er...Obamastuff out of that pretend religius ‘thing’.

As I’ve posted a few times before, I was in England around 3 years ago. Much of the trip was religious in nature for me. The empty pews in Westminster Abbey on a Sunday morning were a very sad surprise. As was encountering ‘transgendered’ clerks in the gift shop at Canterbury. I had hoped for a catalyst in my journey towards spiritual growth. I found it, as it turns out, but it was not the catalyst I had envisioned. I cannot see ever returning; England, and its Church, are gone.

"If it’s not your church, why do you care?"

How about this question, then: if the Democrats aren't your political party, then why do you care what they say or do?

We criticize error here. Political, religious, sports, whatever. We do this because truth matters and error impacts all of us.

In the religious world, if we fail to point out error, then it becomes mainstream (that ship has already sailed in the Anglican church, the United Methodists, Presbyterian/USA, and others). So we do not and will not stay silent, for these people prey on the weak, the uninformed, the seekers, and drag them all down into the pit with them.

We care because we want to offer truth and a right choice. The exact same reason that FreeRepublic.com exists.

It becomes a question of WHEN do you stand up for what is right and true. This situation should challenge us to WHAT is right and true.

What is the real issue here we should be concerned about and our eyes focus on?

I don’t compare individual spiritual beliefs with politics.

They represent completely different realms and dynamics.

It’s their business.

(If we’re going to desert the UK over something, I can think of more pressing issues than the naming of a female archbishop.)

You’re right: they are different. Spiritual beliefs are more important because they have eternal implications. Therefore, it’s much more important to correct errors there.
