The world is certainly undergoing a monetary and political “Earthquake.”

I started buying gold and silver during the dot com bubble period. I was able to buy some with every paycheck. On a CAGR, I don’t think it’s been about 13% during that period. Nothing to sneeze at, but barely better than the S&P 500.

Never heard that one but I love it. I’ve tried to tell my neighbor to stop worrying about the ice storms..but she had a tree come down on her house in 2017 when a hurricane went through here and she has PTSD. I am not making light of it; she lost her dad she lived with just months before that so she’s sure bad things will happen...her dad was an Auschwitz survivor and a lot of her life attitudes stem from her dad’s history...
