Venezuelan opposition leader María Corina Machado said she would “certainly love” to personally give President Donald Trump her Nobel Peace Prize, telling Fox News host Sean Hannity that Venezuelans believe Trump deserves to share the honor for his role in the collapse of Nicolás Maduro’s regime.
Machado made the remarks during a Monday night appearance on Hannity, following U.S. air strikes over the weekend that led to the capture of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores.

Obviously trying to suck up to Trump.
It's a winning strategy most of the time.
She shows to me that she is actually deserving of the Nobel.
Not just another leftist .
But wait, the Maduro regime hasn’t actually collapsed, has it?
Well the regime is still there. It's just not Maduro's at the moment.
That is a very sweet thing for her to say, but in reality, I don’t think the Nobel Peace Prize has ever ‘been shared’ with any second party. I like that she publicly supports Trump’s bold actions in her country.
This is beyond cringe.
Not how it works. The Nobel Prize for peace was originally to be awarded to the recipient for (according to the Nobel Committee):
“Who shall have done the most or the best work for fraternity between nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses”
Clearly, with all due respect, that was not Machado - and it certainly wasn’t Obama when he became the recipient.
And, quite Clearly as well, DJT was that person and in multiple years . . .
Especially given the fact that he was nominated weeks before he even took office.
Hannity led her there with his "questions'. She can run in the next election and see if they want her.
I think her statement was more of a sentiment than anything else.
She went out of her way to compliment President Trump.....I don’t have a problem with that.
I watched Machado on Hannity last night. She loves PDJT as much as I do, for his incredible leadership skills. Nice to know.
