And the political dynamic that is most influential right now is California voter/taxpayers using their feed to run away from the mess that is Sacramento and NewScum in particular. The runaways will cause a reduction of the the consumption of petroleum in the state.

I'm in northern Nevada, so I'm weighing what I can do to minimize the pain level in fuel prices.

Not enough outbound to make a dent in a reduction of refining capacity estimated to be approximately 21% of the total state oil.

UC Davis says expect prices to raise approx $1.21 a gallon.

I am expecting 7 dollars a gallon gasoline by this time next year. Presently it’s sitting at 3.69 in west San Jose CA.
