I keep posting this for a few years; either it is not possible or powerful people are blind ---> Designate the powerful one sided media companies as Political Action Committees - PACs!❗ Then they lose 'profits' and their advertisers cannot claim their advertising expenses as tax exempt business expenses.!❗ ...they are 'political contributions', not a business expense tax write off. 🤷❓❓❓

While everything you say is absolutely true in court big pharma has 1,000 dollar an hour lawyers who could at the very least delay such a move indefinitely.

These(big phamra/the driveby media,) are criminal organizations that have covered almost everything and have paid huge monetary penalties in the past. They are hard to take down.
