Former Delta Force Operator Tom Satterley fought in the infamous Battle of Mogadishu, a military operation gone wrong that saw 18 US soldiers killed in a bloody overnight firefight
And it wasn’t just adult men attacking them, women and children had been roped in to fight too. Tom recalled: “Turn a corner and you see a 15-year-old or younger kids holding AKs you know what do you do? What do you do? Women come running out with AKs, what do you do? You gotta survive.”
