when somalis first entered vermont the social workers would have to go and check on them because they didnt turn on the lights in their place of living ; basically living in the dark and if they had clothes they would keep them in the 30 gal black trashbags...they didnt know enough to hang up their clothes...or they would sleep in closets...theres more but thesr I remember

IQ rate (from survey about 20 years ago) for the average Somali was 68. Anything of 85-or-less...is a problem.
Did they teach them how to shower and use the toilet?
