If you knew the first thing you would know that US drug addicts do not demand Fentanyl. It is a pointless drug with no high. I’ve had it several times in the cardiac unit at Cleveland Clinic. And, as a recreational drug is is pointless.

What US recreational drug users want is cocaine, oxy, heroin, meth, ecstasy, etc.

What they get is fake versions laced with fentanyl which kills them.
