the temperatures in Arizona depend upon the elevation

elevations run from 70 ft. above sea level (near Yuma and no winter) to several mountain ranges over 8,000 ft. (winter nights in the teens or twenty degree range)
our highest point is almost 13,000 ft.

there are a lot of retired rv people here who migrate to winter and summer parks within the state

I have seen bear at 2000 ft. (came down to a watering hole) and higher. Black bear.
