The scope goes into the lower abdomen, and the fallopian tubes are cut and tied, dummy. It’s also done right after a c section, which a lot of mothers elect to do after childbirth. It’s not anywhere near the genitalia. Maybe you are thinking of FGM, which the external genitalia is cut. That is genital mutilation. Get your facts straight.
