Using Munich 1938 as a comparison strikes me as generally invalid anyway, the situations are almost the opposite.
In 1938, the European powers were woefully under-prepared to deal with a bellicose dictator and had come to a realization of their real predicament far too late. By Munich, they probably realized that they were in no military position to honor their promises to Poland (even though they attempted to do so when Hitler invaded Poland on September 1st 1939).
In 2022, NATO leaders already knew Putin was not to be trusted and had military ambitions in Ukraine. They probably didn’t believe even then what he was saying, but rather than being unprepared to deal with him, they were actually hoping to lure him into doing what he has done, believing it would eventually lead to the downfall of Putin’s regime. And we do not yet know whether that will be the end result or not, by no means can it be said that Russia has crushed Ukraine, the most Russia-favorable analysis is that Ukraine are in a bad way and forced to accept a deal they don’t want. But there was never a time where NATO was ill-prepared to deal with promises made to Poland and the Baltic states. Putin knows this and unless he goes completely insane he will factor it into what he does. And I cannot believe that NATO or European leaders really think Putin might one day invade NATO countries. That does not stop them from talking about it as the fear of it among their population is about the only thing that can cause their Ukraine assistance costs to be accepted by those people.
Walz is a tool of the CCP. They intended to install his pedo grooming reprobate evil with his beard wife into the White House to act in their interests. The same way Keir Starmer acts in the interests of the Davos crowd and ignores the best interests of his own nation.
Walz and his wife are of those kind that hate the whore and want to burn it with fire.
