The FBI was called Sunday after a loaded gun magazine was found on a Frontier Airlines plane at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta.

Just after 4:30 p.m. Saturday, officers assigned to the airport responded to a call about a gun magazine found near Frontier Airlines Gate C-6 in Concourse C, according to a news release from the Atlanta Police Department (APD).

A passenger on the Airbus A320 aircraft discovered what appeared to be a loaded magazine containing ten hollow point rounds near seat 7A, according to the release.

Police said the magazine, marked with the initials "K H," was found during boarding for a turnaround return flight to Cincinnati.

So was it “found near Frontier Airlines Gate C-6 in Concourse C” in the airport, or “near seat 7A,” on the plane?

(Maybe I’m missing something.)

“The airline says an LEO that was on a previous flight left it.”

I remember when a guy was transporting a body organ in a cooler to a recipient prepped for transplant surgery. He deplaned, and forgot to take the cooler. He had ... ONE JOB.

I do crafts, and carry small scissors on board. The blades can’t be longer than 4” from the pivot point. Not sure about small knives.

I went target shooting one day back in the early 00s... but after 9/11...

I was picking up when I was done, tossing the spent shells, and put the leftovers in the side pocket of my camera bag, since all of the cardboard boxes were torn or crushed. No biggie.

Fast forward a few months, I flew from Indy through Denver to El Paso... also drove across the border every day for a week... then flew back home, through Denver again. I was unpacking, and THAT was when I found the 5 shotgun shells still in the side pocket of my camera bag... which was my carryon item for each leg of the trip... and was in the car with me at every border crossing.

I owe my guardian angels sooooooo much pizza and beer when I pass on!!!!

(And believe it or not, that was not my worst firearms violation!! I somehow got onto Ft Bragg's artillery range around midnight. WTH?!?!? It was my 3rd day in town, my new job hadn't even started yet, I knew NOBODY in Fayetteville yet. I went exploring for a good place for a late meal. From there, I got lost, and was stuck following a big slow truck, now suddenly on unlit roads... North Carolina country roads, at night, scary trees everywhere... and I just trying to figure out how the hell to get back to my hotel. He turned right, I was too close to see much around him, but what I saw looked even darker and more terrifying... so I followed him in... not seeing the electronic gate closing behind us. SMH. So now I'm on a Special Forces military base, with a loaded shotgun and a loaded 45, both in my trunk, and they have no record of me entering the base. And my car is new and black, and with very tinted windows. I had a cell phone, but this was the days before I was making enough money for a fancy smart phone with mapping apps. I called my best friend, who was retired Army, and thankfully awake at 1am, and he simply said "You're likely going to Leavenworth. Turn yourself in and beg. Good luck." I drove most of the way to the main gate, but was too terrified to check in with them and beg them to not kill me or arrest me, so I turned the other direction and kept wandering around. Again, by the Grace of God alone, I finally found my way back to that same gate, and someone was about to enter, so I slipped out before it closed and got my ass back to a gas station and asked for some damn directions for once!!)

SO much pizza and beer!!!
