The unidentified suspect approached a woman sitting on a bench at the UIC-Halstead CTA Blue Line stop in the city's Near West Side at around 11.14pm on Saturday.
He then took a knife out of his backpack and stabbed the woman in the chest.
The man then fled the scene northbound on South Morgan Street - but not before being caught on surveillance footage with the apparently bloody knife still in his right hand.
Police described the suspect as an African American male who stands approximately six feet tall and weighs between 160 to 180 pounds

I’d guess that our mainstream media will not mention this attack on the evening news. It just doesn’t fit the narrative.
people are afraid of sharks and every year the Discovery Channel has an entire week dedicated to sharks and stories of shark attacks and so forth. If you do a search of data taken from the 1700s, so approximately 300 years recorded history in the United States and what would become the United States, there have been about 40 to 60 deaths due to sharks. I would basically let a shark babysit my kids. Maybe the folks who run the media should alert us about things that are statistically more dangerous and life-threatening.
We need to be able to confine mentally ill people who express violence or say they will. Safety of society needs to override whether they want to be. We need to go back to the way it was, when real, not liberal versions, of common sense were on the books and how society handled things.
“Mentally Ill” has become a catchall phrase to excuse evil or willfull drug abuse. This was “kill whitey” evil.
people invest so much in error. For the same reason, we will never hear the truths regarding covid. To know the truth would rip society apart. Trillions of dollars in lawsuits. Those responsible would be responsible for the deaths of millions upon millions.
Maybe. Drugs do get people to hear voices in their heads. But they are messed up.
The other half of this is we also need to lock up and keep locked up, violent criminals. Again in the past they wouldn’t beout on cashless bail, or let out early, or given lenient sentences. In the past violent people were confined, one way or another, and we need to get back to that former common sense again to protect the rest of society. Thats a failure of government to be putting the rest of society at risk for libtard posturing and warped values.

I experienced this fear from a family member recently who must’ve watched the shark attack stories. My sister insisted we should not go swimming in the Gulf AT ALL, though the water was crystal clear, and I am not kidding. I have photos to prove how clear it was.
She also said that I should take off my jewelry (wedding and anniversary rings), as sharks would be attracted to me. Not even the little fish would bother me. I told her I don’t have the opportunity to go into such beautiful water as often as she does (she lives 20 minutes from the Gulf beaches), so I wasn’t going to let fear ruin my vacation.
I am still here to tell about the shark attack that didn’t happen!
