Oh there's plenty of proof of the 'grand conspiracy'. Nunes, Johnson and others investigated the conduct of the government in the numerous anti-Trump investigations and made referrals to the DOJ when they found lies, obstruction, proof they concealed exonerating evidence, proof the ICA was based on the 'dossier' which Hillary Campaign/DNC paid FUSION GPS to write. There's proof Brennan and others helped write it. Proof that OBama worked to distort the ICA. Evidence all around, concealed by excessive classification (you can't see that! It's classified) or the DOJ simply refusing to act on referrals. But that's all changed, Tulsi Gabbard and others are working with declassified and they can prove 'conspiracy'.

Far-right influencers have been hinting in recent weeks that they have finally found a venue — Miami — and a federal prosecutor — Jason A. Reding Quiñones — to pursue long-promised charges of a “grand conspiracy” against President Trump’s adversaries.

The enemy tactics have been very successful. It will be a great thing if we can use the same tactics against them.
