She is a titan of industry with an empire of not only music, but real estate, private plane, the whole 9 yards — and yet like Trump, she too connects to “real America” but in a sensitive/artistic way. (And more down to earth.)

She’s always been feminine and traditional. Her only left-leaning credentials are the politicians she’s endorsed.

My favorite song on her new album is “Father Figure,” which has a very mobster family type vibe to it.
