You should be criminally charged for refusing to support the U.S. Constitution that you swore to in your oath of office, and your failure to support the immigration laws of the United States. Your State belongs to a Republic and Union of states. You are not a sovereign state or nation. Your state receives Federal Funds. You are bound by that Republic, and the established laws of that Republic. You don’t get to pick and choose what laws you want to enforce. You are bound to enforce each and every one as part of that Republic.
Prickster should be charged with breaking federal immigration law and obstruction.
Pricker is too stupid to understand that Federal law has supremacy over state law and if federal agents are enforcing federal law, they can’t be charged for violating state law. However, asses like Pricker should know that state politicians, like him, who violate or impede enforcement of Federal law are subject to arrest.
