Agreed. And IMHO, the argument regarding IVF is a distraction. Much like the argument over hardship cases regarding abortions. Those are such a small percentage of abortions (I often read less than 1%) that our pro-life said wasted too much time in the pre-Dobbs years arguing over that when we should have focused on the 99% win.

That's how I see the IVF argument. We should not get caught up in that and we should instead accept the 99% win and make sure our win is implemented. I'd rather us pro-lifers make sure the leftists courts are unable to block pro-life state legislation, and maybe win the culture battles in the pro-abortion states.
