Even more than Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton, Barack Hussein Obama led the most radical effort to politicize the United States military. An effort that his allies and Sen. Warren’s continued under the Biden admin.
Between firing commanders in what many described as a ‘purge’ and rewarding wokeness while punishing conservative ideals when it came to promotion, saddling the military with leftist priorities like DEI and green energy, Obama drastically weakened the military by politicizing it resulting in such disasters as Benghazi and the capture of US military personnel by Iran.
But now that DEI is being slowly rolled back, Obama popped up to denounce Trump for, you guessed it…
Former President Obama criticized President Trump for deploying the National Guard to cities around the country, slamming what he called a “politicization of the military.”
“It wasn’t controversial for me to go to other countries and say, ‘You know what? It’s a good idea for militaries to be under civilian control,’ because when you have military that can direct force against their own people, that is inherently corrupting,” Obama said about his time in office in an interview on Marc Maron’s “WTF” podcast released Monday.
“That is a genuine effort to weaken how we have understood democracy,” Obama said.
How “we have understood democracy”. By “we”, Obama as usual means “Me”. Like “We are the ones we have been waiting for.”
Speaking of “directing force”, Obama had a man arrested for criticizing Islam. He repeatedly employed the DOJ to support BLM riots while undermining local governance. His abuses of federal forces became legendary.
Whom does Obama mean by “own people”? Illegal aliens and criminals. Enough said.
