The reference is the book with title "The Calcutta Quran Petition" by Sita Ram Goel [1]. The issue arose from the violence committed against non-Muslims during the Partition of India. After much study, a case was brought to Court in India which focused on the Koran. The initial request was to have the Koran banned as hate literature with all copies being confiscated by the State authorities. The issues listed in the complaint included that the Koran
1. incites violence
2. disturbs public tranquility
3. promotes, on ground of religion, feelings of enmity, hatred and ill will between different religious communities
4. and insults other religions or religious beliefs of other communities in India.
This list can be found in Goel [1] at the beginning of Chapter 1.
Submitted to the Court were direct quotes from approved copies of the Koran which supported these claims. Only a few of these are listed below. Note that Surah indicates a chapter of the Koran, and ayat is the relevant phrase or paragraph.
1. Inciting violence.
a. Surah 8 ayat 39
Make war on them until idolatry is no more and Allah's religion reigns supreme.
b. Surah 9 ayat 123
Believers! make war on the infidels who dwell around you. Let them find harshness in you.
c. Surah 2 ayat 216
Fighting is obligatory for you, much as you dislike it. But you may hate a thing although it is good for you, and love a thing although it is bad for you. Allah knows, but you do not.
d. Surah 9 ayat 111
Allah has purchased of the faithful their lives and worldly goods and in return has promised them the Garden. They will fight for his cause, slay and be slain.
2. Disturbing public tranquility.
a. Surah 9 ayat 36
Allah ordained the months twelve in number when He created the Heavens and the Earth. Of these four (Dhi-Qa'ada, Dhul-Hajja, Muharram and Rajab) are sacred according to the true faith. ...
Surah 9 ayat 5
When the sacred months are over, slay the idol-worshipers where ever you find them. Arrest them, besiege them, and lie in ambush everywhere for them. If they repent and take to prayer and pay the alms-tax, let them go their way. Allah is forgiving and merciful.
Surah 9 ayats 2-3
... Allah will humble the unbelievers ... Allah and his apostle are free from obligation to the idol-worshipers ... Proclaim a woeful punishment to the unbelievers.
Surah 48 ayat 29
Muhammad is Allah's apostle. Those who follow him are ruthless to the unbelievers but merciful to one another ... Through them Allah seeks to enrage the unbelievers.
3. A few examples of the Koran of promoting feelings of enmity, hatred and ill will between different religious communities.
a. Surah 60 ayat 4
"We renounce you (i.e. idol worshipers); enmity and hate shall reign between us until you believe in Allah only."
b. Surah 9 ayat 23
"Believers! do not befriend your fathers or your brothers, if they choose unbelief in preference to faith. Wrongdoers are those that befriend them."
c. Surah 5 ayat 51
"Believers! take neither Jews nor Christians for your friends. They are friends with one another. Whoever of you seeks their friendship shall become one of their number. Allah does not guide the wrongdoers."
4. A few examples from the Koran of insulting other religions.
a. Surah 98 ayat 6
"The unbelievers among the people of the Book (i.e. the Christians and the Jews) and the pagans shall burn forever in the fire of Hell. They are the vilest of all creatures."
b. Surah 21 ayats 98-100
"You and your idols shall be the fuel of Hell; therein you shall all go down. Were they true Gods, your idols would not go there; but in it they shall abide forever. They shall groan with pain and be bereft of hearing."
To be noted is that these are the aggressive Medina verses of the Koran which abrogated the peaceful verses from the earlier Meccan period of prophecy.
The Muslims in the sub-continent responded to the lawsuit with physical violence. After riots in India and Bangladesh the judges made a quick decision to reject the petition. The petitioners submitted further documents asking for reconsideration but this was also rejected.
The author of the book felt that instead of banning the Koran, it would be best to expose the Koran for the hate literature that it is.
With the imperative to commit violence and make war on the part of Muslims against non-Muslims, a question can be asked if Islam is a conspiracy to overthrow any State considered not Islamic. This can also be used against states considered not properly Islamic by a denomination of their faith.
Other theologies do not have the corresponding imperatives in their main Holy Book. People following other theologies may be surprised at the vehemence that exists in the Koran.

In was INSANE (or at least monumentally stupid) for India to slice off two large chunks of itself to give to the Indian Muhammadans in which to create their own self-ruled Muhammadan homeland and not A. expel every last Muhammadan, and B. make the practice of Muhammadanism within what was left of the nation illegal.

It’s all about history and conduct. Oddly a lot of people have a problem with both the past and present.
Recently Japan took in 27 refuges last year and two were arrested for gang rape while waiting on their legal status. Not real bright nor thought out. Japan does not play with, nor coddle prisoners. They are going to do lots of hard time.

Almost daily, weekly, hell hourly we hear of one assault, atrocity after another but hey it’s just part and parcel of living with moslems tho I suspect that more and more people are not seeing that a ‘fait accompli’ but something that can be arrested, restricted and blocked.
The wheels are turning and the out comes may be very different then what the progressives and globalist think they will be.
