Near the end of my IT career I encountered H1Bs. The company I worked for were desperate to get rid of us older, more expensive employees for cheap labor. I found the Indians to have weak communication skills and were really poor at problem solving. They never completely finished a task. Without a script they were useless.
Yeah, better vouch for those credentials REAL carefully! I say make them take a test on the subject. A degree from the Hare Krishna Vishnu Institiute of Technology might not cut it.
