We are turning into Cuba.
I was friends with the former president of the local community college.
Their number one graduate demand is auto body.
So much so that the local car dealerships are paying for students if they sign a contract to work for them when they graduate and during their education. They work at the dealership while they are going to school right down the street.
They also have a auto mechanic curriculum that graduates are in high demand. With the same work and school at the same time.
Plus this fall they started a program for air traffic controllers.
The FAA center for the NE is here in Nashua.
So, the CC program is hooked up with them on internships.
