According to the survey of likely GOP primary voters in Kentucky’s 4th Congressional District, only 19% say they plan to vote to reelect Massie regardless of who challenges him. That number drops even lower — to 14% — if former President Donald Trump endorses a primary opponent.
Currently, Massie faces one declared challenger: registered nurse Nicole Lee Ethington, who leads him in a head-to-head matchup, 31% to 19%, with a majority of voters still undecided.
Massie’s favorability is also alarmingly low among the Republican base:
23% view him favorably
62% view him unfavorably
Meanwhile, Donald Trump enjoys 89% favorability among the same group.
The poll reveals that Massie’s record in Congress may be fueling the opposition:
72% say they are less likely to vote for him because of his opposition to Trump’s tax cuts and budget
69% disapprove of his vote against the “Take it Down Act,” which would criminalize deepfake revenge porn

Are you on crack? Massie cast the deciding Vote lifting the Debt Ceiling for Joe Biden. Old Joe sent that money directly to woke Dem institutions and non-profits.

It took West Virginia a long time to figure out Manchin was working for the Dems, and that’s Massie’s game. He may have more terms, but people will eventually start lining up reality to his charade, and they won’t be able to unsee it once informed.

I don’t see Rand or Ron as that bad. They are very open about their greater philosophical/political view which is more libertarian. Can’t fault someone for being true to their values.
In many cases like Covid or Iraq they were vindicated.
To me, folks like Mitch McConnell (now retiring) are the wishy washy conservatives.
That guy played the role of Ephialtes within the conservative movement.
That was when he sat on the Rules committee and tried to be a team player to advance a bill like most of them do on that committee so he can’t win either way
I dont think it invalidates him and he appears more popular than ever (just not here it seems)
