I vote for "Charlie Kirk Day". What do the rest of you think?

Columbus Day, and make it on the actual day, not the “let’s give the Post Office a three day weekend” day.

Labor Day would be better to replace. Sort of a commie concept anyway, i.e. support the workers.
Keeping Columbus refutes the anti-colonial crowd, which is one of the more recent marxist tropes.

Definitely keep Columbus Day. It enrages the left even more.

The next CVN needs to be named USS Charlie Kirk.

Both Charlie Kirk and George Floyd had the same birthday, October 14. Make it good vs. evil day.

Let’s have a Charlie Kirk Day on October 14th every year. No need to replace Columbus Day. That can stay on a Monday. Charlie deserves his own day.

How about “European Colonizer Day”?

Love TP USA and the late Charlie, but leave Columbus alone.
While there are thousands of individuals who have made America great, there are only a few that are in a class by themselves, their contributions rising far above all others.
Christopher Columbus was one such person whose courage and determination exceeded all expectations.
George Washington was another such individual.
IMHO, ditch the stupid and self serving JUNETEENTH DAY and add September 10th to the calendar as a day of remembrance for Charlie Kirk, another man of great courage and determination.

(Socialism is a prison, Communism is a death camp )
That’ll enrage the right who have pushed to get rid of people calling Columbus Day “Indigenous Peoples Day”. The left would just laugh, as they’ve been doing.

The left is always enraged. I am for not using Charlie to further enrage lunatics.
His legacy is big, important, and it is lasting. It is everyday.

Make the holiday on October 14, and the official title would be "Charlie Kirk Celebration Day And Not George Floyd Day" (they share the October 14 birthdate.)
And make it a day when government employees have to work for free.

YES,
Can I cast 1000 votes?
To: Jess Kitting
October 14th has already been OFFICIALLY designated a National Day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk by Congress.

Of course. I do believe they will not have a choice. Too many people will demand it.
