Pornography consumption may affect judgments on a wide range of sexual and reproductive topics.
The present study hypothesized that the consistent images projected in pornography affect sexual scripts related to abortion judgments.
National, three-wave longitudinal data gathered from U.S. adults were employed to examine associations between earlier pornography consumption and subsequent support for abortion.
The findings suggested that prior pornography consumption may lead to later support for abortion. This study provides additional evidence of pornography's socializing impact, particularly for the older White segment of the population, and adds to knowledge about what environmental factors influence judgments about abortion. Mechanisms that may explain how pornography viewing shapes support for abortion are discussed.

And that more women are reporting slapping, choking, urinating on, i.e., violence, during sex ... something the guys have seen in porn and now need it to get turned on.
Men demand porn and promiscuity but then complain about how caustic women have become....and blame women..
So trends in porn can set trends in society.

Perhaps like illicit drugs, the second hit is never as good as the first hit and downward the spiral goes from there.
Seeing the same porn twice is never as good as the first time creating the lust for ever newer porn which ultimately becomes unsatisfying resulting in venturing into rabbit holes of different types of porn, and on and on it goes.
The porn they first began viewing that was arousing to them became boring while the porn that used to disgust them has become what arouses them.

It’s simply capturing the environment where youth grew up: parents who let their kids watching porn are more likely to be more liberal, so they perhaps also impart liberal values about abortion to theit kids.
