Just bought some Whole Milk Mozzarella - sick of the low-fat/non-fat type that doesn’t melt correctly and tastes like cardboard.
Will be using it to make turkey tetrazzini tonight.

I have some low carb tortillas. I made grilled cheese quesadillas yesterday. Might try grilled cheese on a couple of slices of this low carb bread I got at Kroger.
