Yes. Many years ago I read an article about Soviet interrogation techniques. That was one of them.

Now for something really weird. Let’s say the prisoner was pious, very religious. One NKVD technique was to send in a female interrogator. Then SHE would strip as she questioned the prisoner.

I suppose that was meant to unnerve the pious prisoner.

I was about to say that wouldn’t work on me. But if the female interrogator looked like Rosie O’Donnell… maybe it would work.
