In the book of Revelation, The bear has 3 bloody ribs in its mouth. I assume Ukraine is one rib, two more old soviet satellite states to go. Georgia and Moldova???

Maybe you are referring to Daniel chapter 7? If so, it is generally understood that the second of four beasts is the one that followed the Babylonian Empire, which would be the Medo-Persian Empire.
