Trivia:
Chocolate syrup was often used in black-and-white movies to simulate blood, because it was safe for the performers to swallow, easy to get out of clothing, and cheap to buy. It also has an effective-looking viscosity on film. The effect was used in many movies, including The Wasp Woman and Psycho.

They start out their story with a comment from Instagram. This just goes to show how irrelevant they are.

Probably an honest mistake... but it reminds me of an incident told in a hazmat class I took. Cop notices a tanker truck one day leaking water as it drives down the road. Pulls him over to let him know; the driver thanked him and fixed the loose cap and that was that.
A few days later the cop notices the same truck leaking water again. Pulls him over and begins investigating a bit more thoroughly. Turns out the trucker was hauling loads of hazardous wastewater to a facility that charged him based on how much he arrived with. While the producer of the hazardous wastewater was paying him based on how much he hauled away.
