RCP's Phil Wegmann interviewed 'Border Czar' Tom Homan on Thursday's edition of the RealClearPolitics podcast about Iranians arrested by ICE this week, two million people who entered the U.S. without registering at all during the Biden administration, and what the "Big, Beautiful Bill" will do on immigration enforcement.
"It's hard to find someone who doesn't want to be found, but it’s our number one focus," Homan said. "We didn't wait for the attack in Iran, but right now we put our foot on the gas with what happened in Iran."
"We all know we had an open border for the last four years, where Border Patrol's main focus was under the direction of Mayorkas: process quickly, release quickly. So a lot of the vetting wasn't done."
"People want to say all these people are asylum seekers, they have a right to come, they have a right to claim asylum, and the right to due process," Homan said. "But here's what we need to know: over the last 10 years, if you look at immigration court data, nearly nine out of 10 people who claim asylum at our border end up with an order of removal. It’s fraudulent asylum claims."
"The issue is, we've got over two million people who crossed the border under Joe Biden, we don't know who they are, where they came from, why they're here. That's the biggest concern of mine," Homan said. "They couldn't do proper vetting because they don't have access to information from the country of Iran. However, the biggest concern is the two million plus who paid more to get away because they didn't want to be fingerprinted. They didn't want to be vetted. They didn't want to even deal with law enforcement at all. That's the biggest concern for me.

Thank you very much and God bless you.
The gotaways don’t want to be caught for a very important reason. Most are predators, some are terrorists.
And all of them are criminals.
A quick power turnover in Iran would help.
👍
Seize their bank accounts and use the money to fight the bigger battle.
Fight it out in court over the next few years.
Whom did they pay?
That is an excellent question!
The cartels in Mexico.
“The bolded portion above - who did they pay? The coyotes to sneak them into the country past the Border Patrol?”
Also, corrupt elements of the Border Patrol? Every group has some bad apples.
that was my guess
they paid the coyotes to enter without encountering border patrol
why pay extra when they were letting everyone in anyway
to avoid fingerprinting
I know someone who currently lives south of the border who was asked by a friend he knows for a $4,000 loan to get his daughter smuggled into the US.
Of course that answer was “No.”
Yeah, that’s what I thought. And the bad actors/state sponsored would pay the most for evading the BP and remaining unknown.
If Homan is worried, I am, too.
SOOOOOOOOOO—_
WHERE IN THE FINANCIAL RECORDS DO THEY LIST THE INCOME OF 2 MILLION INVADERS FROM IRAN WHO PAID EXTRA TO BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE USA WITHOUT INFO & FINGERPRINTING???
WHAT FEE WAS PAID? TIMES OVER 2 MILLION———
MAYBE NOT ONLY FROM IRAN———
CARTELS——
I would recommend researching Sarah Adams. She argues the majority of terrorists came here via legal means as going thru South America thru Mexico to the US due to the cartel dangers. She estimates 1,000-1,500 ISIS members in the US.
Okay, thanks.
Turns out Homan is saying that the illegals paid the coyotes to be smuggled in and also paid more to be taken somewhere else in the country so they couldn’t be vetted.
Some are pre positioned Military. No other way to arrive into the USA heartland almost unnoticed. Those coming from China are not ‘escaping’ tyranny. They also use ‘legal’ marijuana grow farms for funding. All planned and orchestrated by our enemies.
