USAID started out with good intentions back in 1961 when I was a wee babe. Well, we know where the road paved with those leads.

I don’t know what they were up to in the 70s and 80s,but by the early 90s when I first worked overseas in a country where they were active, it didn’t take me long to figure out how very hinky that agency was. As I went through more years and countries, I saw them go from bad to worse. By now they must be close to evil.
