No she gets a state jail felony. For falsifying a state document and possibly a RICO charge for conspiracy to commit. Since she involved two or more people in her felonious affairs.

Texas is only community property of post marital assets as well. We don’t do spousal support unless there is a slew of preconditions and always children must be involved. Believe me I have been divorced three times Texas.

This will be instant annulment due to fraud.

It’s not a RICO case unless she repeatedly did this with the help of an organization.
