Since Planned Parenthood opened its first abortion center in New York in 1970, a cultural shift has sidelined fathers, eroding the family unit. The mantra “my body, my choice” promised women autonomy but often left men stripped of responsibility or voice in the life-or-death decisions for their unborn children. This narrative, championed by groups like the National Organization for Women, has framed men as irrelevant, accelerating a societal drift toward fatherlessness.
In 1970, 75% of black children grew up in two-parent households. By 2011, that figure plummeted to 28%, according to U.S. Census data. The consequences are stark: crime rates among youth have surged, with the Bureau of Justice Statistics reporting that children from single-parent homes are twice as likely to engage in delinquent behavior. Illiteracy, drug use, and child abuse have also risen, while cultural shifts have undermined traditional male roles as protectors and providers, particularly in black communities.
The family’s collapse threatens America’s survival. The CDC’s 2024 data reveals a national fertility rate of 1.63 children per woman, below the 2.1 needed to sustain a population. For black Americans, the rate is a dire 1.4, signaling a crisis of cultural and demographic decline.
A 1986 National Institutes of Health study noted that widespread abortion is a hallmark of nations intentionally reducing their populations. Abortion on demand, as facilitated by Planned Parenthood, has contributed to this trend, with over 63 million (25,000,000 on black women) abortions carried out in the U.S. since 1970, disproportionately affecting black communities.
To reverse this trajectory, we must end abortion on demand. President Trump’s proposal to pay families $5,000 per child is a step, but it cannot succeed without addressing abortion’s role in population decline. The Declaration of Independence affirms an inalienable right to life, reinforced by the 14th Amendment’s guarantees of equal protection and due process. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination based on race, yet abortion businesses have historically targeted the black community, as documented by studies like the Guttmacher Institute’s 2019 report showing black women account for 38% of abortions while comprising only 14% of the female population. Enforcing these laws is overdue.
Hope exists in efforts like Proverbs226, a ministry reconnecting incarcerated fathers with their children. Their videos of dads washing their children’s feet in acts of repentance are heart-wrenching, breaking the cycle where 82% of children of incarcerated parents risk imprisonment themselves, per a 2020 Bureau of Justice Statistics report. Expanding such initiatives nationwide could reinforce efforts to rebuild families and communities.
As we celebrate Father’s Day, let us mourn the 25 million lives lost to abortion and commit to action. By replicating Proverbs226’s model and ending abortion on demand, we can restore fathers to their rightful roles and ensure a future where every child is valued. America’s survival depends on it.

In general, modern American women are no longer good wife material. They demanded all this freedom to do whatever they wanted, the men finally let them, and now after 60 years, they cant parent, don’t know how to get a husband much less know how to treat a man properly, have chips on their shoulders, bad attitudes and a large list of demands a man must do for them, cant keep a house, cant cook but knows how to call for deliveries, has no hobbies but scrolling the internet and posting selfies on facebook and instagram, hates the idea of men enjoying their lives and having hobbies, complains about housework so guys do their work plus the other guy stuff they’ve always done which fhe wife doesnt do because “the man does those things”, and instead of being happy at having more societal choices men have ever had, as a group are the most unhappy batch of women ever to be in existence with 1/4 of them on prescription psy h drugsand another 1/4 that isn’t but should be.

As much as I agree with you, the other side of the coin is true.
From listening to men like Tommy Sotomayor I see the boys these women have “raised” and they are not much better. In fact they are worse. They never had a father so they never learned to be a father. Now they do what their “ain’t $hit daddy” (what their mom always said) do and just get a girl pregnant and run off and do the same to another girl.
Now granted we know this is not all of families but we are seeing it more and more. Even in households where the kids were not “raised that way”.

This situation - a relatively small minority of alpha males siring the majority of offspring; the majority of (beta) males dying without offspring - was the case for most of human prehistory and for much of history.
The phenomenon of strictly enforced monogamy - which is contrary to female nature (hypergamy: women would rather share the top dog than "settle" for an average man) - is a relatively recent one.
Since the 1970s, the pendulum has - with the collusion of "Father State" - been swinging back to the historical norm.
The majority of childless men are taxed to finance the spawn of a minority of alpha males.

Fathers are better single parents than moms are, the stats confirm it. But overwhelmingly “family” courts have a strong bias to put kids with moms. If family court really cared about kids and their best interests the courts would be biased to keep kids with the father.
But since they dont, they get outcomes you mention. Men raised by women are feminized. They dont learn lessons from dd on being an adult male. What works for girls/women, does not help boys/men, because men cant use the same strategies and methods through life women can.
And there is no epidemic of average boys gstting girls pregnant and running off to do it again. Only a very small minority of men (chads/tyrones) do this, and the women want them to. I remember about over 20 some years ago watching Maury Po-Bitch for the first time. I had not watched afternoon tv since college so it came as quite a shock to me. Maury had just done the dna test for a woman. She had like 16 other tests done and still not the father and this one, number 17 was not the father. That blew me away.
I started watching that show and the more I did I could not believe how many “were not the father” and it would get worse as some of the men still said “they would be there for the kid. I was like dude! you just dodged a bullet so run! I mean her pussy can’t be that great. Nope the guy stays on.
Then again, maybe he has a few secrets we don’t know about? Maybe someone taking care of his kids? I mean you can’t just blame her, look at what laid up with her. He was laying up with all kinds of women before her.
