ARRESTED: Alejandro Theodoro Orellana was arrested this morning by @FBILosAngeles on an allegation of Conspiracy to Commit Civil Disorders (18 USC 371) for distributing face shields to suspected rioters on Tuesday.
We are moving quickly to identify and arrest those involved in organizing and/or supporting civil disorder in Los Angeles.
...
Conspiracy to Commit Civil Disorders under 18 USC 371 is a felony, as it carries a maximum penalty of up to five years imprisonment. The potential sentence could be up to five years, but the actual time served depends on factors like the defendant's criminal history and judicial discretion.

The FBI just arrested Alejandro Theodoro Orellana for handing out tactical face shields at an LA protest.
He didn't buy that gear alone. So who funded it? Who gave the orders? Who’s bankrolling the chaos in LA?
We don’t have all the answers... yet.
But we can trace the web of groups he's tied to.
Lately, I have been thinking we should outsource the confinement, punishment, and maintenance of these criminals who came here illegally and committed crimes, as well as the ones arrested in any “uprisings” for any reason whatsoever, whatever their nationality, USA or otherwise, to...El Salvador.
El Salvador would do it efficiently for the money we would pay them. And that type of bare-bones confinement, without television or any other privileges, would not turn them into hardened criminals as our American prisons often do, but would turn them into meek citizens who don’t wish to break the law, which will help the country they get deported to when the El Salvador system is done with them.
That is what I think we should do. It would save us money, it would make them money, and the outcome for the criminally misguided useful idiots would be better.
this guy did far more than the proud boys did at J6 that were not even in the capital!!!
See my post at #41 above. That is what I mean. I am not advocating for violence against those people. I am advocating for hard, sure, punishment in an environment where even life-long hardened criminals can’t organize, grow power, and harm their fellow inmates. They are all the same there.
It is safest for the inmate. And it is best for society when they come out.
That is what I meant.
That’s him and they have him.
Good work...
Seems that the FBI is working again...
Hope it keeps up...
Good. Suckback in his fatigues and boots. Treat him like an enemy combatant.
IF THE TEAMSTERS UNION PAID FOR THE SHIELDS-—
THERE BETTER BE SOME BACKFIRE
Thanks for saying that. So I don’t have to. They annoy the hell out of me.
A trip to El Salvador will get his mind right pronto.
Gotta give Kash’s boys credit when credit is due.
Hate to be arrested for wearing protective gear. I just got used to getting arrested for NOT wesring it during covid.
Depends which direction the wind is blowing.
If the police wear it, you cannot.
Including socks and shoes.
Especially legal guns!!!
Yes....embarass the money behind the supply, the intentions of the money leaders. Conspiracy to creste msyhem.
But for the individual that seeks to stand before authority but doesn’t want thug rubber bullets in the teeth?
FU govt!
Nobody minded antifa protected this way. Baseball hats and shies got J6ers arrest....for being in the vacinity.
Let’s not be that.
They have a right to protest, in front if police. Cops have a task yto arrest anyone violent. Mask can tackle mask.
Mark Levin just said the same thing.
