High Creatine levels are an indication of liver damage, which DO affect kidney function. I think this could be a very dangerous supplement and should be taken on the advice of your Doctor.

Very bad science in your post.

Unexplained high creatine is a sign of something going wrong, yes.

Just like unexplained weight loss can mean lots of bad things.

High creatine because you eat properly (meat) or take creatine has never been showed to cause bad things.

In fact, high creatine not only helps your brain, it can help your heart keep beating (without damage) during the critical 30 seconds or so of a heat attack.

All this bad science being repeated comes from the same group of scientists who say weightlifting is bad and the Covid shot is wonderful and should be mandatory. Oh, and don’t eat meat and eat 70 servings of grain a day. It’s all junk.
