Looking at all those pictures, it seems it is easier to get the knee into position over the shoulder (flatter and larger surface area, more stability) than over the neck (smaller, rounder, less stable, narrower area between neck and back of skull so harder to fit even the tip of the knee in there to make contact with the neck).
Floyd was a dead man walking, as he had ingested a FATAL dose of fentanyl and Fentanyl derivatives BEFORE his arrest.
May he rot in hell.
Maybe, just maybe, burn down some stuff?
DM publishes some good stuff but mostly it’s sensationalism.
I read Powerline Blog firs every morning, written by smart lawyers in Minneapolis.
The absolutely debunked the “murder theory”. Floyd was a crack addict, dying before Chauvin even knelt on him, thus the “I can’t breathe”. He had a long criminal history.
After St. Floyd died, Blacks burned down block after block of Minneapolis while the governor, the illustrius Tim Walz (Dem VP candidate) let it burn. No one was held accountable.
Chauvin should never have been put in jail.
Floyd was seen frothing at the mouth and the toxicology report showed he was overdosed on cocaine and fentanyl. If they put him in an ambulance instead of the police car, he would have died before he reached the hospital.
Chauvin knelt on his neck
No he didn’t. The video shows him on the middle of the back between the shoulder blades.
Floyd had 3 times the fatal dose of fentenyl in his system. And then other drugs as well. Plus had heart problems, etc.
He died from a drug overdose.
“The video...”
IIRC, the prosecutor kept using just one still image showing the kneeling in the worst possible light. Although to be fair, when I first saw the video when it was initially released and not knowing anything, I was pissed to see Chauvin kneeling on his “neck” and “killing” him. I’m sure there was some text to that effect that went along with the video. Just like the lies that are in this article.
Having so much video out makes some cases really difficult. Like this one, where the video SEEMS so damning, so therefore the other evidence is ignored or lied about.
Or, if there is no video but there is evidence, I’ve heard where the jury has a harder time just relying on evidence. They think it should be like a TV show murder mystery with video.
George died from fentanyl poisoning so says his official autopsy..there was absolutely no damage to his neck..chavin is a martyr.
Blackwell didn’t perjure herself - she just told a Black People’s Truth and Whitey can’t take it. /s
George Floyd swallowed the fentanyl he was selling to hide it from the police. He killed himself with an overdose of 11ng/mL where 3ng or less will kill.
He was arrested in Texas in a home invasion where he pointed a gun at a pregnant woman. https://davidswebsite.com/freerepublic/floyd1.jpg
Here is George Floyds drug results. No injuries. It was the drugs that HE SWALLOWED that killed him. He was selling the drug to others.
How many people had he killed with the drugs he sold?
A. Blood drug and novel psychoactive substances screens
Fentanyl 11 ng/mL
Norfentanyl 5.6 ng/mL
Methamphetarnine 19 ng/mL
11-Hydroxy Delta-9 THC 1.2 ng/mL;
Delta-9 Carboxy THC 42 ng/mL; Delta-9 THC 2.9 ng/mL
Cotinine positive
Caffeine positive
Blood volatiles: negative for ethanol, methanol, isopropanol, or acetone
Urine drug screen: presumptive positive for cannabinoids, amphetamines, and fentanyl/metabolite
Urine drug screen confirmation: morphine (free) 86 ng/mL
I would agree that Chauvin should never have been charged, but the jail sentences should have included Walz & several others in the particular neighborhood who caused problems afterwards.
Everyone knew the these cops were going to be railroaded. If they were to be found not guilty, the blue cities would burn.
A seemingly run of the mill Black Druggie criminal died as a result of his belief that resisting arrest was a cultural duty.
His resulting death destroyed Minnesota as American
Such a great judge, bull shit, apparently, he never considered the actual cause of death.
