A 25 minute video?
No thanks
Here is an earlier thread on the escape, including pics of the prisoner escapees. If you are in the area make sure to secure your perimeter.

A second inmate from the O.P.P. has been apprehended.
The rest of them are probably still in the area and it is easier to escape the Orleans Parish Prison than it is to escape Orleans Parish.

Wonderful writing.
Most is commentary but the actual escape is shown around the 5 minute mark.
You can watch the actual escape video starting at around 4:18 mark.
That's how they got out of their cell.
Just for kicks, go to the 8:00 minute mark of the video and check out the glasses on the LEO speaking at the press conference. DEI has a lot of influence on New Orleans PD hiring.
That looks like a real clown show.

It is! I wasn’t planning to watch the entire press conference. But, it is like a slow motion train wreck....I can’t look away! I’m surprised all 1400 inmates didn’t just walk out.
If you have time, watch the entire thing.

From the article:
..had help from staff insight the jail..

They now have three in custody.
Looks like drywall on commercial metal studs. You could damn near walk through it.
According to allegations, the material in question is rebar, and it is claimed that a horizontal component was removed—an action that could only have been carried out from the side opposite the cell.
